They're coming to town Friday, October 21 to play Vinny's Bar, 2700 South Union Avenue. Twenty-one and up please and it's $5 at the door.
Oh, and before I forget Josh of Bargain Music is doing a solo acoustic show at The Mint, 1207 19th Street, Thursday, October 20 at 9 p.m. I love Bargain Music. Hilarious pranksters. The show should be a fun one.

Frenchie, we've had this discussion. There are several Danielle's and one of them wishes she was writing a book on the Harlem Reniassance with a quill pen, but this Danielle gets paid to party for the people.
PJ's closed so I can't drone on and one about jazz anymore. But there's a lovely, crazy politcal discussion going on a few threads down. It's not high culture, but it's politics.
Wait. That makes it the antithesis of high culture. Never mind.
